Found in Rave is the new album from John B – an energetic, imaginative collection that fuses his love of gaming, rave culture and high-impact drum & bass. Packed with personality and power, it showcases the range and individuality that have kept John B at the forefront of the scene for over two decades. Each track carries his trademark balance of intensity, humour and meticulous production – unmistakably his sound, but refined with a sharper creative focus and purpose.

Leading the charge is ‘Terminal Hardcore’, a fierce, full-throttle hardbass anthem loaded with Escape from Tarkov references and a tongue-in-cheek vocal performance that fans will instantly recognise. The accompanying music video – premiering on Pestily’s pre-release Tarkov special – invites gamers and streamers from across the community to appear in full rave mode. Alongside it sit the thunderous ‘At Doom’s Gate’, the euphoric ‘Halo Theme’, and the nostalgic ‘Double Dragon Theme’ – all reimagined for the dancefloor and designed to capture the spirit of classic gaming through a modern DNB lens.

Six of the tracks on Found in Rave are directly inspired by Escape from Tarkov – a game that’s become a key part of John’s creative universe. It began with ‘Hold Your Fire (It’s The Wipe)’, which catapulted him into the Tarkov community and led to his now-iconic in-game “streamer item” – the John B DNB sunglasses. That success opened the door to collaborations with top streamers, including The Killada, written for Pestily’s car project.

Across 14 tracks, the album bursts with energy and variety – from the punk-fuelled chaos of ‘Hold Your Fire!’ and ‘Disconnected’ to the festival-sized power of ‘Das Boot’ and ‘The Arena’. It’s John B doing what he does best: merging big ideas with pure rave energy, bridging the worlds of gaming, streaming and drum & bass with a unique style that’s exciting, unpredictable and unmistakably his own.
